Random tidbits. Mmmm....tidbits.
Tidbit A) I washed my hair this morning with my sister's shampoo. That's because I'm at my parent's house right now. The shampoo was Tropical Coconut flavor. I don't think "flavor" is the correct word but I'm using it because the way that stuff smelled really made me want to drink it. I don't think that's a very good thing. Because while I was able to resist the urge today, surely there are others out there who have not been so lucky.
Tidbit 2) I'm currently on a Harry Potter kick. You may remember that one of my earliest posts pointed out that I was in the process of reading the books, and while I finished reading the series up to this point some time ago, the obsession is not yet over. It's even spilled over into the life of my best friend Drew, my wife Amy, and (though I doubt she'll admit it) my sister Jenna. Anyhow, a startling example of how troubling this current obsession is occured the other day. I was playing CatchPhrase with Amy and the word I had to get her to guess was "Wisdom." So I say "Ok, this is like when you're really smart and, ooh! Dumbledore has a lot of this!.... or Solomon!" Yeah, the fact that when I hear "wisdom" i think of Dumbledore before Solomon kinda worries me. Oh well.
Tidbit D) There's a little gnome that lives in my house with me. What does this little gnome do, you ask? He gets me in trouble, that's what. See, here's what he does exactly. Say I just got through using the bathroom, right? Well this little gnome guy waits till I leave the room then he runs in there and stuffs a bunch of toilet paper in the commode and flushes it. Then after the toilet backs up I get blamed for it. "Why do you have to use so much toilet paper?" Amy asks. "It's not me, it's the stupid little gnome," I say defensively. She never believes me though. She says there's no gnome. But I know he's there, always waiting for the chance to make my life a little more difficult. The little bastard.
